Campers entering grades 5-9

Each morning campers will be introduced to a series of dynamic warm-up routines. Followed by a variety of workouts, discussions and running related games and activities. Remember, running in August can be demanding, so please bring plenty of sunscreen and water. A good pair of running shoes is a must.
