Each morning introduces campers to a new event in track and field (sprinting / speed development; relay exchanges, hurdle technique, jumping events, and throwing skills progressions). After a short break, campers depart to some of the local running trails for a true cross country experience. As tradition holds, the camp will finish with the annual 'track and field decathlon' on the last day of the camp. Remember, running in August can be demanding, so please bring plenty of sunscreen and water. A good pair of running shoes is a must.
